I sit here this morning after hearing of your passing. You were a great neighbour and a great friend and you will be missed. See you along the Way to Santiago.
You were loved by many and admired by all who had the great fortune to meet you. Rest in peace, my friend.
your passion commitment and love for people was boundless. you have been a remarkable mentor, friend, confidante and support. We shared the awe we felt in our professional roles as "intimate strangers" in participating in the journey of those who were also moving toward a new path. Your beautiful energy will be missed. Until we meet again on the path to Santiago...hugs and kisses.
Last night I came back here and read your powerful messages of acceptance. I suppose part of me knew you were about to begin the next part of life's journey. I am glad your pain is ended and your joy can begin again. Thank you for everything.
Carolyn
May your new road be full of the love that surpasses understanding.
I will never forget you, Myrta. You brought light, love and wisdom to our lives.
Thank you Myrta for being yourself; wise, gentle, passionate and above all deeply human. You were a great mentor, who taught me a lot about what it means to be a leader and how to make your faith part of your work in a loving and kind way. You helped to form me and I am forever grateful. You live on in so many people. Do they have a cultural interpreter program on the other side? I'm sure you're working on it.
Joe
